Hi, I’m a UK-based yoga teacher originally from Pakistan and a certified 200-hour yoga teacher.
My journey into yoga began as part of my passion for health and fitness, but it soon became something deeper — a way to connect with my truest self and fully accept who I am.
Yoga has been a powerful tool for me — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It taught me the value of slowing down, embracing stillness, and honouring my nature rather than fighting it. That’s what I hope to share with you here.
